John Roxon is the owner and principal of the Roxon Law Office, L.L.C. Attorney John Roxon has been licensed to practice law for nearly 20 years, and has been practicing and helping people with their legal problems in the Charleston, South Carolina area for 17 years. He has handled cases throughout South Carolina, and is a member of the South Carolina and Maryland State Bar Associations. He is licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts in South Carolina and Maryland.

Attorney John Roxon handles a wide variety of legal matters, including workers compensation, personal injury, insurance and contract disputes, construction problems and litigation, equine law, medical and professional malpractice, and other matters on a case by case basis. He is a member of the Workers Compensation Section of the South Carolina Bar, and is the Workers Compensation Panel member for the Professional Hockey Players Association, representing players on all South Carolina ECHL hockey teams. He also receives frequent appointments from the State of South Carolina to represent people involuntarily committed to State facilities and in Department of Social Services cases.

Attorney John Roxon is an adjunct professor of legal writing at the Charleston School of Law. He is also an adjunct professor at the Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina, teaching legal writing, oral argument, and a course examining the role of law in society, a course he originated. He has also been a judge in the Charleston School of Law Moot Court competition.

Attorney John Roxon balances his professional life with volunteer positions in the Charleston community, including positions with the Boy Scouts of America and the Fort Johnson Middle School Improvement Council, and works as a volunteer and supports activities such as the James Island Swim Team, Ft. Johnson Middle School athletics, James Island Charter High School cheerleading, and the Charleston United Soccer Club, South Carolina Pinto Horse Association amongst other activities.
