You will not be shuffled from attorney to attorney or speak only with legal assistants. You will receive periodic updates and all the information you need to be part of the successful resolution of your case, including copies of all letters and documents, and telephone calls will be returned promptly with answers to your questions or concerns.

If for some reason we are unable to help you with your problem, we will be happy to recommend other legal professionals who may be able to help you, or alternatives to the legal system that you can explore.
